Golden Wax 494 Tart Wax is a soy wax designed specifically to suit soy wax melts and tarts. This wax is 100% natural and derived from plant-based sources. It was specifically made using these components to resist appearance defects such as frosting and helps promote a smooth appearance. It works perfectly with moulds as it does not leave behind much residue and shrinks slightly for easy removal.

How to use

1. Under gentle agitation melt the wax to a minimum of 75°C. This wax can be melted in a microwave - heat in short bursts (30-60 seconds) and stir. Repeat this process until wax is fully melted

2. Add fragrance oil at up to 8-10% load

3. Pour wax at 65°C. Do your own testing to determine the optimum pour temperature for your conditions. Try +/- 10°C

Recommended melting and pouring temperatures are provided, but should be used as a 'start point' for your own testing as this is dependent on equipment facility conditions, candle configurations and seasonal changes. Due to this product being natural, there may be slight variation between batches
